You can get mobile SIMs from anyone, why would you want to use ours?

Firstly there is the customer service, we are based in Windsor Berkshire a OK only team, and we handle the provisioning of SIMs, migration, spend caps, roaming, stolen SIMs etc. from this location.

We have access to systems that allow us to provision sims within an hour, troubleshoot with technical engineers not call centre staff.

Then there are the commercial terms. Its SIM only, which means you supply the phone. If you do the maths, you will see that you normally pay a premium for the phone, and in our business, we actually use nearly new phones from Back Market (there are other providers) or we can source you new phones if you want. Our sims can be cancelled within 30 days.

And the pricing. Unlimited UK Text calls and data O2 £21 and Vodafone £27 per month. Additional plans are available for people who travel. Navigating the various options is complex but our team have the too to quickly find the right package. 

Need a SIM for a new staff member? Simply take one of your blanks that we’ve supplied you, send us  a picture of the SIM so we can see the SIM number then we can get it activated ASAP!

Need to cancel a SIM? We understand that it can be frustrating being left with a SIM on a long contract which you no longer have any use for; you won’t get 20 questions from us when attempting to cancel.

Controlling Costs
Firstly you can cancel within 30 days, so you no longer need to commit to 12/24 months.

We apply an agreed spend cap. If the phone is stolen this is the maximum a thief can use. This can be done on a per sim basis. If an employee were to pop on holiday to Thailand for instance, data and calls are expensive. You won’t have a nasty shock when the bill comes in.

If you call lots of numbers in the EU for a small uplift, these can be included in your call plan. Travel to a country regularly for a small uplift we may be able to get this included in the plan. 

Can you keep your number?

Yes. You will contact your existing supplier and ask them for a PAC code. If the sim you currently have is a standard o2 or Vodafone we can port the number over without changing the sim. If it is a special sim then we have to send you a new sim, just insert it on the given day.

Flexibility

If you have a number of sims, and want to be able to provision a sim the same day, we can give you unregistered sims. You supply us with the number of the sim, and we turn it on. No need to wait for the postman.

Specialist SIMs

We also have the ability to procure data pooled IoT SIMs for use in commercial environments; we can also procure EE SIMs however these must be procured on special order; we’d only advise to use these SIMs specifically for 4G/5G internet access in a place where other networks do not work.

VoIP SIMs

Alternative to the mobile phone app to keep you consistently connected whilst on the go; VOIP SIMs can be acquired allowing you to dial out using your business landline number on a range of different networks. We would highly recommend this if an “on-the-go” solution is high on your list of priorities
