Resellers
Telecoms companies are looking to expand their revenue stream and many are moving into the IT services space either by aqusition or in-house development. You have a revenue opportunity in your base, but you don’t want to risk getting it wrong, but by doing nothing you risk your customer base.
Our reseller program is built for you. When we selected our base technology we spent a lot of time ensuring it was not just technically capable of delivering an advanced solution, but commercially capable of delivering a solid solution to our partners.
Our reseller program has
- Your own branding. The core system isn’t branded MSP Phones, we operate as a reseller on our own platform. Yes a customer could find out who we are but it would not be easy.
- Access to VoIP, mobile sims, broadband and leased lines, all on the shortest contract commercially possible. VoIP is a daily committed contract. mobile sims monthly and we can even get the broadband down to monthly contracts. Your risk for a customer going under doesn’t leave you holding a 3 year contract you have to pay.
- Control over billing. You can bill your customers directly and collect the money from them directly. We can assist with billing if you want, the choice is yours. You have the abilty to pause services in the event of a payment dispute and turn them back on yourself, no need to rely on a third party.
- API access. Not just for any customisations you want to do, but customer access so they can integrate AI and feed big data projects
- Flexible commercial models. You can buy from us per extension, or by concurrent calls. We purchased our system on a concurrent call model as it provides better margins, but you need alot of extensions to gain this benefit. Start on the by extension and change later, we want a long term relationship not just revenue
- None compete. Yes we are partnered with an MSP, but they are small and only operate in our area. We will contract not to approach your customers. Again we want a long term relationship not quick revenue.
- Access to call SIP traces. If you are an MSP you will have had issues with your current supplier where they just send you a document stating how the netwoek should work, not alot of use if your internal network is failing. You can get access to PCAP traces of calls. If you don’t know what this means, don’t worry we will help you and not just tell you, its your network.
Call us to review our solution and meet the people you will be partnering with.
