How it begins

We sit down and understand what you want to do. Many small businesses, not all, have the same simple requirements. We explain them and their benefits to your individual business. Us proposing a solution doesn’t mean you have to accept this, refusal doesn’t offend, it is your business and you make the decisions. Our role is to keep you informed of solutions which may help your business.
Assistance whilst running your business

We look after many businesses, so we see the threats and new solutions that come along that may help you. Where relevant to you, we bring these to your attention and if you are interested help implement them for you.

During the day to day running of your business, you may have IT problems. Some examples are:

Your computer runs slow and starts crashing – we can jump on remotely and quickly resolve this.
You go to do a presentation and the projector won’t link up! We will talk you through attempting to connect to the projector. This led to one of our customers calling us her fourth emergency service.

A document will not format and you have to get it out tomorrow. A quick remote session will let us see the problem and help resolve it.

Generally our micro business’s call us every two or three months, so its not expensive as you only pay for the time you consume.

Assisting you with new business.

Quite often our customers have to answer a tender which has a section on IT. This quite often is written in a foreign language. Send it to us, we will quickly answer it and quote you to fix anything missing.

Most of our customers come from recommendations. We provide a full service to all our customers. We make IT work for you so you can service your customers.

We expanded into Internet Provision and Telephone Services as the people who wanted to partner with failed to deliver which meant when there were problems we were unhappy.
