We have the solution if you don't get your fibre connection.

Sometimes things don't always work. We recently had an add-on order for a full-fibre connection; the Openreach database said our client could have fibre. Great!

It wasn't great. When the Openreach engineer arrived, he determined the provisioning database was wrong. He left without installing the connection.

We had some options to get good speeds to the building over copper, but we needed to reorder the line.

Unfortunately, Openreach won't prioritise any orders; if they make a mistake, you have to start all over again, sometimes with a waiting list of over two weeks.

Having no internet can damage businesses, exposing them to the risks of lost revenue, reduced productivity and customer complaints.

Our team always has a backup solution to connect you to the internet over a temporary 4G router.

Please let us know if you need a temporary solution or support in dealing with Openreach.
