Mobile and Desktop app

Mobile phones can be connected via our app, which is available in both the Google and Apple stores. The app allows all the functionality of a desk phone on a mobile phone. Users can make and receive landline calls on the app and transfer calls to other extensions or external numbers.

The app also can change its available state automatically, so if a user doesn’t want phone calls from the landline number at night, they can set the call to go to voicemail or another destination.

Our Web app provides the user with a phone on their computer without having to download software. They simply log in to the portal and select the web app. Here they can see the status of other users, are they busy or available, and control their call flows.

Agents in call centres use the app to make and receive calls, and additional functionality is provided to them to make them more efficient.
